Partners: Current & Prospective

Summer 2018 note:  We are working to make the community partnership process more transparent and predictable for partner organizations and MPS staff.  We will update this page with new information as soon as it is available.

All Community Partners who work with students on school property (during school time or after school hours) must have a community partnership contract in place, regardless if money is exchanging hands.  Contracts help us to:

• Track programming across the district and better evaluate efforts
• Align the work of partners to the priorities of the district
• Ensure liability and accountability through clear roles and responsibilities
• Identify and reduce duplications of effort
• Increase efficiency for both schools and partners by standardizing  processes
• Share data for evaluation purposes or program improvement
