Evaluation

With support from the Greater Twin Cities United Way and Generation Next, MPS is working to increase the capacity of community partners to utilize evaluation for program improvement.  The Community Partnership Evaluation project has three goals:

1. Improve data sharing with MPS community partners.

2. Align community partner services to MPS strategic plan and goals.

3. Increase the capacity of community partners to utilize evaluation for program improvement.

To meet these goals, MPS Research, Evaluation, Assessment, and Accountability (REAA) staff provides:

  • Aggregate Reports: These reports include data on participant demographics, school services, district attendance, school behavior, academic proficiency, and academic growth. The reports also provide district-wide comparisons.
  •
  • Community Partner Dashboard: MPS wants to learn more about the resources and services our partners provide to youth across the district in order to identify needs and gaps. We hope community partners will use this tool to collaborate and ensure families can access resources across the city. Don't see your organization included? See the "Aggregate Reports" link above for information about submitting a roster.
