1. Update paperwork. 

  • New programs will be reviewed by a Subject Matter Expert.  This process can take 4-6 weeks.
  • Send in your certificate of insurance if it is expired.
  • Reserve space for your program (if applicable). 

2. Contract with School/Department.

  • MPS will initiate the contract.  This process can take 4-6 weeks to complete.

3. Get Purchase Order.

  • Once all signatures are recieved on the MPS contract, Finance will produce a Purchase Order. 
  • POs are mailed to the address on file with Finance.
  • You must include your PO number on all invoices submitted to MPS in order to be paid.

4. Begin Work!

  • Note: DO NOT begin work until you have a fully signed contract and Purchase Order (if you are being paid). 

5. Continuous Quality Improvement.

  • We help support partners by building partners' capacity for quality improvement.
2017-2018 Contracted Partners

This is the list of currently contracted partners, approved to be in MPS schools.  Partners need a contract before beginning work with students.

Insurance Requirements

MPS requires insurance from any partner working alone with students, or, distributing flyers.  Having insurance indicates that an organization is adequately protected in the case of any accidents or negligence that may occur.
