Community Data Portal

The Community Data Portal provides access to live, real time student data to designated community partners and community organizations of Minneapolis Public Schools.  Agencies access student information such as attendance, grades, homework, and test scores to work on interventions with students.  Agencies must obtain written parent or legal guardian consent before they may access data on a student.

Existing data portal users:
1.) Log in to the Community Portal using your email address and the password you created at the time of registration: http://cpp.mpls.k12.mn.us/
2.) To add a new student to the portal,  scan and email the signed parent/guardian consent of release forms to cpo@mpls.k12.mn.us. Please allow up to 2 weeks for releases to be added to the portal. You cannot receive access to information without signed consent.
3.) Important:  You MUST provide monthly updates to the portal in order to maintain access to a student's data. Please review the training if you have questions.

Interested in Access to Student Level Data?
1.  Program leads should contact cpo@mpls.k12.mn.us or call 612-668-0542 to discuss your progam needs for student level data.  Once your need for access is confirmed, it will take 2-4 weeks to create an identifying code for your program in our database.
1.) Once the program is set up in our portal, program staff can register for access here: http://cpp.mpls.k12.mn.us Please note: you must register with a valid organizaiton-specific email address.  Personal email addresses (Gmail, Yahoo, etc) will not be accepted.  This is to protect student privacy, and ensure that access to data can be directly connected to a specific organization.
